Some properties have sold at around the asking price here, but realistically the selling price should be somewhere between £110k – £120k depending on the quality of the spec and that’s where I want to focus on next.

There aren’t a vast array of photos here, but what there are show a property a little tired and in need of some TLC. Despite the modern kitchen, bathroom, double glazing and gas central heating, from what we can see the decor needs updating and the same with the flooring plus the rear garden requires attention. No photos of the bedrooms either. Parking is off-road. I would recommend a viewing to really appreciate this one.
